North Coast Strings

Do you know about the North Coast Strings Adult Orchestra?
Interested in joining the orchestra ?

Never picked up a Violin, Viola, Cello, or Bass but always wanted to?

About The Group:
It's for those who haven't played a stringed instrument in a number of years we even have a class for the absolute beginning stringed instrument player.

We have three sessions a year; fall, spring and summer with each session ending in with a concert.

North Coast Strings, directed by Paula Simmons, is hosted at the Museum of Making Music. It started in 2008 on election night with less than 20 players. And now in 2018 we're more than 70 players strong, plus 5 instrumental coaches. This Spring session will be conducted by Alyze Dreiling while Paula takes a leave of absence this spring.
